Often they will respond positively and you may miss the words. Like: "I'm fair game" is a totally positive response in a noisy location and rather than thinking about the words, notice how her eyes say "Yes!" That's your green light to escalate immediately. Brush her words aside - listen intently to her tone and mostly to her body language.
