To build conditioned reflexes into your habits, tie the "Must Do" items to many good emotions - you Know it will feel good to do it. Picture the sensations as you get it done - and - sense a bit of the pain and suffering that missing out would cause. Choose some really happy things, satisfaction having done or helped, approval or other recognitions from your past you can find again - link these sets of sensations to that which you are now deciding too - go for it!
